Eye of the tiger

Yesterday I went to the Missouri Tigers homecoming game with my mom and dad and Grampa and Nana. Although it was quite hot and we spent a lot of time in the sun, I had a good time at the pre-game tailgate party and at the game itself. Missouri beat the Texas Tech raiders in a decisive victory. To protect my cute little ears from the deafening roar of the 60,000 + crowd, three marching bands, two cheerleading squads and two football teams (not to mention the army cannon that gets fired after every Tiger touchdown), my mom bought me some protective ear-phones. I may have looked like a helicopter weather man, but they got the job done. Note my tiger t-shirt and yellow undershirt and pants...Missouri colours! The only thing that confuses me is the team cheer...M-I-Zee.....Zee-O-U. I don't kinow why they say Zee. My dad says it is pronounced Zed. Silly midwesterners.

Hi George....sure looks like a great day at the football stadium. How wonderful that you could share it with Grandpa and Nana. I am glad your parents got you head gear to protect those delicate ears.
You sure look different than your uncle Braden at his football game in Cleveland..he will share his photos with you when you are much older!
