We engaged in some verbal intimidation. "What, you think you're so tough in your blue bucket hat, George? Do you? Do you?"
Then we had to take a break. It was getting too intense.
So then I just happily made my rounds of the departmental picnic, looking handsome in my uncle Braden special "There can only be one" t-shirt, which I wore special for the fight, and, yes, my blue bucket hat and my Canada shoes.
I loved the skatepark and can see skateboarding in my future.
I was pretty caked with dirt by the end of the day. I required a big bath when I got home.
Annika and I made up, of course, and rocked out in a baby drum circle, banging out some funky beats atop the plastic coolers. Rock on, Annika, rock on.

Yes, I do believe skateboarding is in your future. Especially if I have anything to do with it. And drums. I do believe, little George, that you need a full drum kit. =)
And don't forget about climbing on top of the drums after you finished up your drum circle.
Great story and pictures George! Looks like you and Annika have solved your differences peacefully and have a fun time together. I hear she can teach you a lot of things like drinking out of a juice box. Got to hang onto a friend like that. Enjoyed our cam the other night although you're just a white blur now since you started running. Have a great week, love Nana
