My weekend was pretty uneventful. We hung around the house, ran some errands. I still didn't want it to end so I stayed up past 1 am on Sunday night! Today, I'll probably catch up on my sleep so I can stay up late again tonight.I got a package from Dick and Pauline on Saturday. A new Senators outfit, just in time for the game. I wore it and as I predicted the Senators won. I'll be wearing my lucky outfit for all the games from here on out. Here are some pictures of me watching the game. I'll be cheering my team on again this evening.

It is true that the Ottawa Senators are not my favourite team, but seeing as my team (the Toronto Maple Leafs) failed to make the playoffs I have temporarily pledged my allegiance to Ottawa. A Canadian team is a Canadian team and Ottawa has played well this season. Lets hope they can pull it together for three more games so they don't hand the cup to the Anaheim Mighty Ducks. That would be like the Yankees losing the penant to a baseball team from Moosejaw Saskatchewan. It just isn't right.
