I have so many family and friends from all over the place, I've decided to start a blog about me to keep everyone posted on what's going on with me and my parents, Andrew and Christine. I'm too small to type so I'll be dictating to my mom or dad. They'll try to keep updating 'The George Gorge' every day or two, however they can be a little lazy sometimes so please bear with them.
Big news happening with me this week:
Big news happening with me this week:
- My mommy went back to work. I think she's more sad about it than I am. I have a nice babysitter who plays with me. Yesterday, we listened to my favourite record, 'Peter and the Wolf.'
- One of my favourite hockey teams, the Ottawa Senators, made it into the Stanley Cup finals, handily defeating the Buffalo Sabres. They will be playing the Anaheim Mighty Ducks. If I was a little bigger, I'd be wearing my Senators jersey, a present from my mommy's friend Bernadette. I'll be cheering hard for the Senators in the coming finals. GO SENS GO!
- I'm usually too cool for toys but my parents keep sticking me on this playmat thing so I decided to humour them and started batting at the ladybug hanging in my face this week. Exciting stuff.
That's all for now. Keep checking back for all my news!

George, thank you so much for starting the blog. I am always stalking your mom to get more news on how you are doing. And on Monday I might even get to hold you. Will talk to Enzo to let you borrow some toys. Ursa
I'm glad to see that George is starting life with a chance to cheer for a hockey team that actually made it to the Stanley Cup finals. Go Sens Go!
George,
My little buddy, you need to get off that bandwagon right away! I can understand that you are small and are influenced quite easily because you don’t know any better, but you’re headed in the wrong direction. The senators are going to choke either way this coming round so you might as well not associate with then now while you still can. I now the temptation might be hard to resist because they are winning for a change and your mother is pushing you in to a situation you do not want to be in. Not being able to speak yet must really hinder your ability to express your true values and opinions. I know it’s in you that you are a true leaf fan! You are even named after one of the great Leaf captains George Armstrong so it is confirmed that you are destine to be apart of the blue and white! Little buddy, its GO LEAFS GO from now on alright. Better get ready for next season and I’ll see you soon!
-Aaron (fellow leaf fan and second cousin or something like that)
Hey little George. Nice Blog. I don't even have one!
It's great to hear about all the exciting stuff that you're doing these days - keep me posted!
Isla and I need you to be a positive role model for _________ (name to be announced upon delivery). He/She will look up to you and try to be like you!
Can't wait to hang out at the cottage with you this July - your gonna love it!
Love Uncle G.
Hi George...what a wonderful idea to start a blog...you kids these days are so computer sauvy! Grampy Pete struggles just to get the computer on sometimes. When you are older you will need to help him with his computer skills. Nana has been away for a week and has just looked at your latest pictures. You have grown so much even since the last batch of pictures were sent. Have a great BBQ...hope the black flies are not out like they are here in Port!
PS Grampy Pete says ditto to cousin Arrons comments. Lets get right to the point...he will buy you a car when you are 18 if you become a leaf fan! Beat that Grampy Al.
Love Nana and Grampy Pete
Hey George,
That's not a come-back you smell .... get Mom to change your diaper !!!
I think both the diaper and the comeback are possible sources of the odour of which George speaks.
